1.Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
2.How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
3.How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, contact us at Support@pursifi.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
4.Who will pay for return shipping?
If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
